My daughter has been taking lessons from Mark for about 5 months. I’ve seen great improvement in her stick control and in her rudiments. Mark does a great job providing feedback both during lessons and in a follow up email each week. My daughter’s practices have become more focused and productive. She’s been very happy with Mark!

Mark is the 3rd drum teacher my son has worked with, and he is most definitely the best! My son is quite shy and not always the easiest to communicate with, but Mark has done great with him, always showing kindness and patience. He truly goes above and beyond, sending emails and sometimes videos explaining what my son should focus on practicing. Drum lessons with Mark have been wonderful! Mark is an exceptional drummer, himself, and an exceptional teacher, as well. Each lesson feels very casual and relaxed — I never feel rushed. At the same time, I’m always surprised by the amount of new stuff I learn at the end of each 30 min lesson. Mark is great about tailoring your lesson to YOU, and I always feel like I leave with lots of suggestions and things to practice at home. Additionally, Mark has been able to work around my crazy schedule! I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to juggle a busy job and drum lessons but Mark makes it work! I recommend him 10/10 for anyone looking to learn the drums!
